Your Executive Speaker Coach brings a strong performance background to support you in your public facing roles. This coaching focuses boosting your communication efficacy with groups. That could be the media or in meetings, webinars or online video, conference or TED-style talks, panels or any other mode of public address.


The ability to speak clearly and with authority is a crucial determinant of influence. Your Coach can help you learn to control nerves and overcome fears, clarify your message, and discover new range. You might examine language to entry into confident executive expression. Or explore how to ease the tension that blocks effective speaking, and become centered and focused in front of an audience. You might also focus on navigating power dynamics related to the event, context and audience.

Like Executive Coaching, Executive Advising incorporates all of the confidentiality, trust, and professional challenge of an expert in executive leadership development.


Executive Advising helps leaders develop critical success factors, and offers critical support for senior leadership to execute on strategic business decisions.

Duration: 18 total coaching hours (1 live + 2 phone / month)


Discovery Session: Initial 90 minute introductory session to establish trust, background information and initial goals discussion


Sponsor Interviews: Total of 3 interviews - First interview at start of engagement and before stakeholder interviews, second at the midpoint, and third one month before the end.


Stakeholder Interviews: Up to 6 stakeholder interviews, if more are desired, can use coaching hours.

 

COHORT COACHING

COHORT COACHING OPTIONS

 

 

Cohort coaching supports professional development, impact and participation while minimizing logistical overhead for the client’s organization and the coach. This program ensures access to a coach on-site on a twice monthly basis providing the extra value of in-person coaching. We offer either a 3 month or 6 month program. This defined schedules ensures commitment, focus and engagement, while giving time for real growth.


The organization will also benefit from the cohort approach, as it will surface shared challenges and goals. That will guide L&D priorities and investments.
